About Bel Oui
Born in Munich/Germany, Valerie Tobin, known as Bel Oui , is a photographer & painter who loves to shoot sports & lifestyle as well as documenting her travels around the world.
While Valerie is capturing ephemeral moments with her camera, also she takes time to put her moods and feelings on canvas, in a playful game between dots, lines, acrylic, and oil paint.
After gaining recognition from her art, Valerie established her clothing brand
'Tooth Loose' end of 2020.
Currently, she is located in Lagos, Portugal

After graduating from photography school (Ar.Co/Lisbon), her camera got the main essence of her further life.
This gallery contains not only surf photography, but also travel documentaries chasing thrilling moments and people in their everyday life.

Growing up as the daughter of the well-known sculptor couple Christian and Gabriela Tobin, Valerie is constantly searching for her very own way of leaving an artistic footprint and expressing herself.
While she goes wild with uncontrollable lines and splashes on her huge Drippaintings, she's also spending innumerable hours creating unique Dotwork pieces, which led to the birth hour of her clothing brand 'Tooth Loose'.
Currently, Valerie is focusing on Mixed Media Paintings.
